TSCM is a mobile-based application where its function is used to track goods that have been ordered to be picked up by drivers. TSCM is an application that can be used by the Puchasing Team and also the Logistics Team from a company to monitor ordered goods to be taken from outside vendors by Drivers.

The main feature in this application is to monitor goods whether the goods have reached their destination correctly. And user can see where the status of the item is, whether it is waiting for pick-up, being delivered, or being received

As for a more detailed explanation of the features in this application are :
1. PICK UP (Drivers):
a. Waiting/ Outstanding, which is a feature where the list of ordered items from the Purchasing Team/ Logistics Team. This list of goods (PO) also contains information on the goods (name of goods, quantity of goods, vendor name, vendor address, requestor name, request department name, request address for delivery purposes, goods status (ready/waiting)).

b. Ready To PickUp, which is a feature where the list of items that must be picked up because it has been selected by the Driver for Goods ready to be picked up from the Vendor.
*every item taken can also be documented (can be more than 1x)

2. Delivery Items (Logistics):
a. Delivery, namely goods that have reached the requestor (Logistics Team) and can be checked again on the goods that have been received, the goods that have been received can be documented whether they are appropriate or not, if they match the items ordered then you can choose Receive, if Incompatible items can choose Reject, write down the reason for rejecting the ordered item so that the Vendor knows the reason for the item sent not being received.

b. Received, namely goods that have been received and are in accordance with what was requested by the Requestor.

3. Outstanding Picked (Driver), which is a feature where all items that have not yet been picked up will be displayed in this feature.

4. Item Info (Logistics & Purchasing), which is to see the status of the goods (whether the goods have all been collected/there are still items that have not been collected. *can choose the time period for the items you want to display on the screen.

5. Picked Items (Purchasing), which is a feature where if the goods have been received by the Purchasing Team and the goods are checked again for the completeness of the goods received. If the goods need to be sent again to another Division, the Purchasing Team needs to select a Driver who will send the Ordered goods to the intended address. (Internal/ External).*Each item received can be documented (can be more than 1x)


6. Approve Items (Expeditor), which is a feature where if the item has been received by the Expeditor it is checked again for the completeness of the item received. If the goods need to be sent again to another Division, the Expeditor needs to choose a Driver who will send the Ordered goods to the intended address. (Internal/ External).*Each item received can be documented (can be more than 1x)

This application is free/non-paid, can be used by all groups of people/companies who need features for tracking ordered items.
